Upon receipt, our receiving department will take a digital photo of the contents in the truck and perform a skid count and serial capture on all assets.  The equipment is then sorted by category and entered into our TAMS proprietary asset tracking software.  This allows for a quick reconciliation to assure that all pieces are accounted for and to note if any damages have occurred during transport.
