No-Fee Cleanouts
YBC offers a "no-fee" cleanout program. No service fees are charged for the processing and recycling of unlimited amounts of IT assets. The only bill our client will receive is for the cost of freight. The key to the success of the No-Fee Cleanout program lies in two areas: communication and speed. Communication of what equipment is coming out and when it will be available and the speed at which it can be retrieved from the locations.
After we receive the assets they undergo a full YBC Audit process. Items are tested and inventoried and any devices with stored data are subjected to a full DoD 5220.22m data wipe. After the audit process is complete the client receives a full audit report detailing the assets plus a "Certificate of Recycling".
