Forensic Hard Drive Scrub

A Hard Drive Scrub is perhaps the safest and most assured way to permanently remove information from a hard drive without damaging the drive. YBC utilizes a forensic “HD SCRUB” that overwrites data in full compliance with DoD 5220.22-M

Reverse Logistics

The first step in all of our programs is the coordination, removal and return of assets located globally back to a YBC Processing Facility or Service Center. YBC coordinates the entire removal process from designated locations using our own experienced freight staff.

Inventory and Storage

YBC offers a full suite of warehouse services. As soon as your equipment arrives at YBC we begin to track and report details related to the shipment including its overall condition, arrival time, carrier, piece count, serial numbers and more.

Audit Reporting

YBC utilizes a 24x7, up to the minute client portal for the reporting of audits performed on all assets. Each audit is customized to fit your needs and the information that is necessary for your corporation to retire the asset. There are several options available to customize the audit process to suit your needs.

Disbursement Options

Upon completion of YBC’s audit process, clients are able to choose a disbursement option that will maximize the return on your assets. Each unique program is formulated and designed around the core competencies of YBC.

No-Fee Cleanout Program

YBC has developed a "No-Fee Cleanout Program" to accommodate large companies that typically show a net negative in their asset disposition efforts. This program offers the standard services for asset recovery but does not charge any of the fees usually associated with this process.

Corporate Asset Buyout

YBC will buy your new, used, reconditioned or surplus IT equipment. We offer on the spot pricing and will pick up at your facility. If required we will provide data wiping services at your location or you can utilize our Data Destruction Center.

Freight Services

YBC offers our internal freight and logistics operations for use in corporate or residential freight applications. Our licensed and bonded logistics professionals can sort, palletize and deliver your products on time and within budget. 15 years of extensive experience in the removal and delivery of technology assets has given us an in-depth knowledge of safe and secure freight services.
